The best way to have a detailed conversation about your hair is to book a Consultation. This ensures that dedicated time is set aside for us to discuss your hair goals, concerns, and needs without interruptions.

My current schedule is:
Thursday 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
However, my availability may vary, there may be additional days added from time to time, so it’s always best to check the booking calendar for the most up-to-date openings. If you don’t see a time that works for you, that means the slot is already booked or unavailable.
Unfortunately, I do not squeeze in appointments. However, you can contact me on the days listed about to check if a same day appointment is available. Preferably by text 678.435.9329
For any scheduling updates or changes, refer to the booking system before planning your appointment. My book opens 30 days in advance. If today is the 15th, then my book is open up to the 15th of the following month.

Rescheduling Appointments
Clients may reschedule once within a 7-day period from their original appointment. For example, if your original appointment is on a Thursday, you have until next Thursday to reschedule with out penalty.
Rescheduling outside of this 7-day window: We will cancel the reschedule request to keep the appointment slot available for other clients. We operate in good faith that clients will book a new appointment closer to their intended date. This ensures your spot is available for clients who are ready to book and helps us maintain a smooth schedule.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance (within the 7-day window): No additional fees; deposits transfer to the new appointment if applicable.
Rescheduling within 48 hours: A 30% fee of the service price applies. If the service requires a deposit, a new deposit will be required for the new appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: No fees; deposits are refunded.
Cancellations within 48 hours: A 30% fee of the service price will be charged, or the deposit will be forfeited if one was collected.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows
15 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being canceled and counted as a no-show.
No-show fees will be 30% of the service price, or deposit forfeited if one was collected.

To book an appointment with Mane Therapy, click the Book Now button on the website. You will be directed to our booking system through Vagaro, where you’ll be prompted to create a username and password if you’re a first-time user. Once logged in, scroll through the list of available services and select the option that best fits your needs. The system will then display current dates and times available for booking.
After your appointment is scheduled, both you and I will receive a confirmation with the appointment details. If you need to make any changes, please log in to your client portal through the booking site to reschedule or cancel. Be sure to review our cancellation and rescheduling policy prior to making any changes, as all policies are strictly enforced.
Mane Therapy Luxe Suite is located inside a salon suite building. Upon arrival, please use the call box at the entrance and search for “Mane Therapy” to contact me directly. I will let you in remotely once I receive your call. While there is a doorbell at the entrance, ringing it alerts the building manager, who may not be on-site at the time. For timely access and a smooth arrival, using the call box to reach Mane Therapy is the best and most reliable option.
